Siem Reap - Angkor Thom, Ta Phrom, Angkor Wat

Breakfast in the hotel, we will spend our full day trip to the ancient city of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire. Angkor Thom is most notable for its perfectly square, eight-meter-high retaining wall and lavish entrance gates. Inside the centre of the complex is the 12th century Bayon Temple, well-known for its 54 towers carved with enigmatic faces, Baphuon, the Terrace of Elephants, Leper King and Palace Enclosure. Continuing to visit the largest of FIG trees at Ta Prohm temple, one of the area’s most beautiful temples, Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Its appeal lies in the fact that, unlike the other monuments of Angkor, it was abandoned and swallowed by the jungle, looking very much the way most of the Angkor temples appeared when European explorers first stumbled upon them. Then continue to Banteay Kdei temples and Ta Som temple. In the afternoon, we will bring you to the mystical site of Angkor Wat, quiet at this hour of the day. You will then explore Angkor Wat temple; one of the wonders of the oriental world. Masterpieces of decorative details as well as of architectural style, its awe-inspiring ruins survive as testament to the spectacular achievements of Southeast Asia's greatest civilization. It is a replica of the universe according to the Hindu mythology. It is composed of Mount Meru, surrounded by the continents and the oceans. Its extraordinary bas-reliefs, describe some Khmer epics and myths. Enjoy the Sunset Tour at Phnom Bakheng. O/N in Siem Reap

You will profit from getting amazing lives on the lake and fishing activities are so wonderful that drive it attractive, curious and to be explored. The majority of the exhibits are from the Angkor period (9th to 15th Century), but some date from as early as the 4th Century. Visit the private quarters of the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda the most sacred shrine in the country. We visit both structures as well as the legendary temple of Wat Phnom which recites the history of Phnom Penh’s name. In afternoon, transfer to outskirt of city to visit the Killing Fields of Cheung Ek, then visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.
